We want you to book with complete peace of mind. The policy below applies to every paid consultation booked through Sirifin.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Contact us or message your advisor using the details in the confirmation email.
Cancellation & refund levels
Cancel 24 hours or more before the appointment: 100% refund. Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% refund. No-show without notice: no refund.
Advisor or Sirifin issues
If the advisor cancels or fails to attend, or a technical issue on our side prevents the session, you may choose a 100% refund or a new appointment with the same or an equivalent advisor.
Refund method & timing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method (VNPay) within 5–7 business days after your request is confirmed. If you have not received it in time, please reach us via the Contact page.
